At eCraft, working skills together with understanding and solving the customers’ business challenges, are in a key position. The work is done in teams as cooperation, but with a very independent grip. Here, noone is coddling each other, instead each and every one carry his/her responsibilities and therefore can avoid the heavy breathing down the neck by the boss. We do not deliver empty promices and do not take bulls*it from anyone. The work environment and customers are international, so three languages are mainly used daily in the corridores: English, Finnish and Swedish.
